Lagos, Nigeria – The Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) has conferred its prestigious Fellowship Award (FNIM) on Dr. Olu Olujide, President, Ilesa Busines School recognizing his outstanding contributions to management practice, entrepreneurship development, community service, and professional advancement in Nigeria and across Africa.
The conferment ceremony was held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at the Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, during the Institute’s Awards, Fellows, and Spouses’ Day Luncheon.
Dr. Olujide, an accomplished management and development consultant, is widely celebrated for excellence in service delivery and his dedication to organizational growth. With multiple academic and professional qualifications, he has consistently applied his expertise to build institutions, nurture youth entrepreneurs, and strengthen community development. He currently serves as Chairman, NIM Osun State Branch, Chairman, NIM Ilesa Chapter, and is the Immediate Past President of the Osun State Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (OSUCCIMA).
Through his leadership at Ilesa Business School, Dr. Olujide has mentored and equipped managers and entrepreneurs with practical skills, driving innovation and enterprise creation. As Chief Executive of St. John Consulting Ltd, he has spearheaded training and consulting programmes that have enabled start-ups, SMEs, and large organizations to achieve sustainable growth. His influence extends beyond Nigeria through his work with the Better Life for African Development Initiative, advancing social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment initiatives across Africa.
A proud prince of Ipole-Ijesa, Osun State, Dr. Olujide is highly regarded as a patriotic son of Ijesaland who, committed himself to grassroots development and service. His elevation to the Fellowship cadre is widely viewed as both a personal triumph and a collective honor for the Ijesa community.
In line with Institute tradition, Dr. Olujide will now join the Faculty of Fellows, where his expertise will contribute to strengthening the Institute’s national and international impact.

Speaking after his investiture, Dr. Olujide expressed deep gratitude to the President and Chairman of Council of the Institute, CDRE. Abimbola O. Ayuba (Rtd.), FNIM, fdc, the Council, the Body of Past Presidents, and the Faculty of Fellows for approving his elevation. He also thanked colleagues, family, and well-wishers for their support, stating:
“I am truly humbled and deeply grateful for the outpouring of congratulatory messages, prayers, and goodwill on the occasion of my elevation. This milestone is not mine alone but a reflection of the support and inspiration I have received along the way. From the depth of my heart, I say thank you.
